Once you have done a free trial class, you can sign up for regular classes. Membership is either eight or 12 credits a month.

Hi, I’m Amy Holmes a qualified fitness coach and trainer from Dublin

I believe that you’re never too old or out of shape to start training. My passion is helping people to improve their quality of life through movement and strength training. I listen carefully to what you want to achieve from training and from life, then design a programme to help you get there.
